15 Trees due to be felled in March/April
The City Council have distributed letters saying they're going to fell 15 trees in March. Details of the trees and their locations are on the main Whalley Range Trees website.
A couple of short films have been made about why the group opposes the fellings and what happened when the felling contractors were met with some assertive residents on Monday 7 March. Links to the films are also on the main website.
Letters and phone calls to the Council are definitely worth making. Details for these are on the pages of this forum.
